Indiana ACTE Open Board Positions

The Indiana ACTE Board of Directors is requesting nominations for two open board positions. 

President Elect shall serve for a period of one year prior to assuming the duties of the President.  The President-Elect shall perform such duties as directed by the Board of Directors or the Executive Committee.   They will have one vote on the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Leadership Council.

The Vice President of Operations shall oversee records and communications, finances and budget, and fund development; shall perform such duties as directed by the Board of Directors or the Executive Committee; and shall serve on the Indiana ACTE Executive Committee.  The term of office shall be for two years.  They will have one vote on the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Leadership Council.

Eligibility and Term of Office

  1. To be eligible for a BOD office, the nominee must be a member in good standing of Indiana ACTE;
  2. Voting for open positions is by the BOD and by the delegates from each affiliate; two members from each affiliate to include the current affiliate president and one selected member of affiliate board or membership;
  3. Term of each office:
    1. President-Elect serves for one year and directly assumes the role of President the year following this service;
    1. Vice-President of External Relations serves a term of two years.

  1. Indiana ACTE members may self-nominate by completing the nomination form below;
  2. Indiana ACTE affiliate presidents or their designee may nominate a candidate by completing the nomination form link:
